Reporting Pupil Absence

Should your children be ill please contact the school office at your earliest convenience on the first day of absence to allow the appropriate staff to be informed. You can also report a pupil absence via the Parentmail App.

Please notify us immediately if your child has a contagious disease, or if the absence is to be a prolonged one. If attendance is below 90% we may ask for medical evidence to support reasons given for poor attendance.

Parents are requested not to take their children on holiday during term time. Holiday absences will be count as unauthorised unless there are exceptional circumstances.
